IT Manager (Start-Up Experience Required) - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a proactive and technically adept IT Manager to support our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll manage IT operations across systems like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, and VPNs—ensuring our distributed workforce is set up for success from Day 1. You’ll take full ownership of IT onboarding, troubleshooting, and documentation: building systems that scale, resolving technical issues quickly, and maintaining a high bar for clarity and user experience.

Requirements

• Startup experience is required
• Experience managing IT systems for distributed teams
• Hands-on expertise with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Ability to support both Mac and Windows users
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent documentation habits
• Resourceful and proactive in improving processes
• Experience with SharePoint collaboration issues
• Familiarity with MDM solutions is a plus
• Basic knowledge of automation tools or scripting is a bonus
