Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff.

  • Strong background in project coordination and administrative leadership.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Monday.com, Salesforce.
  • Confident managing competing priorities and making quick decisions.
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in the details.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable supporting multiple executives.
