Overview

We’re supporting a fast-growing U.S.-based B2B lead generation agency, and we’re looking for a highly responsive, detail-driven Client Success & Business Operations Assistant to join the team in a part-time capacity.

In Short

• Work directly with the founder to manage client communications.
• Maintain lead generation workflows.
• Keep business operations running smoothly.
• Respond rapidly to client messages.
• Assist in understanding client needs and onboarding.
• Help manage outbound lead generation tasks.
• Maintain clean, accurate spreadsheets using Excel.
• Support email marketing tasks.
• Provide admin support for documentation and reporting.
• Opportunity to grow within a high-performance remote team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Client/Operations Support.
• Fluent in English with native-level writing skills.
• Fast and ultra-responsive.
• Proactive and independent.
• Organized and tech-savvy, especially in Excel.
• Experience with lead generation platforms like Apollo.io.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Eager to learn and adapt.
• Bonus: Experience with Fiverr gigs or B2B lead generation.
• Available to work specific part-time hours.
