• We are seeking a Clinical Customer Success Executive with clinical and corporate experience.
• This role combines nursing expertise with strategic customer success responsibilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff and operational leaders.
• Lead product implementations and train healthcare staff on AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and patient care outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
• Establish metrics to measure success in patient care and operational efficiencies.
• Travel extensively to healthcare facilities for onsite support and training.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to share best practices from AI implementation.
• Present at conferences/webinars on the impact of AI in Nursing.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
• Ability to build relationships across an organization.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and clinical workflows.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong background in project management.
• This is an in-office position; must be local to Palo Alto or willing to relocate.
