• Define and execute a comprehensive engagement and growth strategy for the Hims and Hers Health Collective.
• Use data and insights to drive decision-making and improve program performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and support community members.
• Manage community platform and forums to ensure a positive member experience.
• Develop and manage a strategic content calendar.
• Lead community listening and share actionable insights.
• Implement and analyze community health metrics.
• Design and manage a year-round event program.
• Create quarterly newsletters to highlight company updates.
• Collaborate with various teams to bridge community programs with marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in customer marketing or community building.
• A strong portfolio of community engagement programs.
• Experience running community programs.
• A customer-first mindset with a bias toward helpfulness.
• Experience leading virtual and in-person events.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to think both strategically and operationally.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Comfortable balancing numerous priorities.
