Senior Manager of Quality Training & Education - Remote

Overview

As the Sr. Manager of Quality Training & Education, you will play a critical role in driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs designed to ensure excellence in pharmacy and compounding operations.

In Short

• Lead the design and delivery of training quality systems programs for pharmacy operations.
• Conduct needs assessments with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, including SOPs and e-learning modules.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
• Provide coaching and mentorship on quality and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current on industry trends and ensure training reflects the latest knowledge.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Compliance teams for alignment.
• Develop KPIs to measure training success and ensure continuous improvements.
• Lead or support internal audits and readiness assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy or compounding training programs.
• Knowledge of USP Chapters, FDA regulations, and compounding standards.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Passion for continuous improvement and compliance culture.
