Senior Learning Manager, Compounding - Remote

In Short

• Lead learning and development initiatives across compounding pharmacies.
• Develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement competency assessment programs for compliance.
• Create training curricula for sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Collaborate with leadership to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of training programs based on metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee documentation of training activities for inspections.
• Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Manage high-performing learning teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in learning and development.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Experience in pharmaceutical operations, especially compounding.
• Understanding of FDA regulations and cGMP requirements.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with training documentation systems.
• Ability to collaborate with Quality Assurance teams.
• Experience with learning management systems.
