Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Expertise in pharmacy operations and process mapping.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and facility layout design software.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
