In Short

• Advise on a broad range of legal issues relating to the company’s international business.
• Act as the main point of contact on the legal team for legal issues relating to the international business.
• Oversee legal structuring, entity formation, and corporate governance for international markets.
• Coordinate with external counsel to ensure legal requirements are met for launching products in new jurisdictions.
• Support international employment matters in partnership with human resources.
• Support commercial contracting with international partners.
• Coordinate with external counsel to support international M&A efforts.
• Provide actionable legal advice for efficient decision-making.
• Cultivate understanding of the company’s global business model to inform legal guidance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate law.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams globally.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
