HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

Hims & Hers is seeking an HR Generalist to join our People Ops team for a full-time, six-month contract. You'll use your detail and enthusiasm for process improvement to provide Hims and Hers a world-class employee experience.

In Short

• Partner with the People Operations Team for smooth processes.
• Manage HR email inquiries and direct them appropriately.
• Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related matters.
• Run reports on turnover, performance, and demographics.
• Manage internal mail tracking and HR-related inquiries.
• Assist Payroll with processing employee changes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Lead compliance training initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and data auditing skills.
• Client-service orientation with friendly communication style.
• Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• SHRM or PHR Certification preferred.
• Experience with various HR systems preferred.
