As an HR Generalist at SMARDT, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR services across the Commercial Business Line, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a commercial or sales-driven environment.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
