HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a highly responsible, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient HR Generalist (People Operations Generalist) who can help scale a fast-growing global organization. This role is operational, tactical and execution heavy.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day HR administration including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions across the U.S., Canada, UK & NL.
• Maintain employee records and workflows in BambooHR.
• Support full cycle recruiting for multiple roles.
• Assist with U.S. and Canada payroll preparation and data validation.
• Provide employee support with benefits questions.
• Help maintain HR templates, SOPs, and policy updates.
• Assist with compensation updates and performance cycles.
• Support new HR initiatives and process improvements.
• MUST Live in the CST or EST time zone.

Requirements

• B.A/B.S in related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting a high-growth environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Understanding of U.S. benefits fundamentals.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with BambooHR preferred.
• Experience with payroll support preferred.
