Director of Accounting - Remote

Overview

The Director of Accounting at Hims & Hers will lead and oversee key accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and managing financial consolidations, statutory reporting, and accounting operations for foreign subsidiaries.

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience, with 5+ in leadership.
• BA or BS in Accounting from a top university.
• Big 4 accounting firm experience required.
• Experience in international accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and statutory reporting.
• Experience in a public company environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in both in-person and remote environments.
