In Short

• Support continuous improvement by building new metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with centralized analytics for reliable data pipelines.
• Run ad-hoc analyses with large data sets to assess business performance.
• Help build and maintain complex data models.
• Work with cross-functional teams on reporting and data requirements.
• Investigate anomalies in reporting data.
• Leverage data to improve forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Intelligence experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Expert Excel proficiency.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
