In Short

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, strategic projects for enterprise clients.
• Articulate the value of our product in the context of customers' strategic plans.
• Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) from initiation to completion.
• Handle complex escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Navigate complex customer organizations and build consensus.
• Collaborate with account teams to identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Continuously optimize delivery processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in consulting or client management.
• Proven success in managing large, complex projects.
• Ability to resolve complex escalations profitably.
• Bachelor's degree required (STEM field preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with software solutions and project delivery.
