• 2+ years of (Technical) Engagement Management experience.
• Proven ability to manage consulting engagements/projects.
• Passion for solving customer challenges.
• Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Familiarity with software engineering is a strong plus.
