Surgical Technologist II - Remote

Overview

The Surgical Technologist II scrubs and assists surgeons during surgical procedures across all age groups, operating under the guidance of a registered nurse.

Requirements

• Minimum one-year certificate from a college or technical school.
• 3-5 years of specialty experience preferred.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST, TS-C) required.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association preferred.
• Compliance with HIPAA and company policies is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure in a surgical environment.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to adapt to various surgical settings.
• Must comply with federal and state laws regarding healthcare.
• Willingness to assist with training and mentoring of new staff.
