The Risk and Compliance Analyst at Highmark Health will support risk and compliance assessment activities across various frameworks, ensuring that the organization meets its mission requirements while adhering to enterprise risk appetite.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Audit and Compliance.
• Experience in Business Process Design and Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership qualities and ability to motivate teams.
