Overview

The Risk and Compliance Analyst at Reserv will play a critical role in ensuring our company's adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and ethical standards. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compliance programs and initiatives to mitigate risks and safeguard our operations.

In Short

• Facilitate risk and control documentation efforts
• Execute control testing
• Draft, review, and update policies and procedures
• Support corporate and adjuster licensing
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits
• Stay updated on compliance initiatives and regulations
• Collaborate with technology teams for automated solutions
• Monitor existing Claims operational control structure
• Manage complaints and maintain compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in a risk or compliance role in insurance
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims regulations
• Ability to implement compliance programs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong drafting and policy-writing skills
• Experience with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional certifications are a plus
