Overview

The Director of Strategy Realization and Implementation will support leadership in executing business and operational strategies, primarily through effective communication, program management, and research of key initiatives.

• Support executive leadership in strategic planning and operational execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management required.
• 10 years of experience in Business/Healthcare/Strategy, including 5 years in Management.
• Experience supporting health plan M&A transactions preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability and strategic relationship building.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Presentation skills for effective communication with management.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Occasional travel required (0% - 25%).
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
