Overview

This role is responsible for shaping, integrating, and optimizing our company’s content efforts for external customer audiences to align with Highmark Health’s mission and vision.

Requirements

• 7 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong strategic acumen and communication skills.
• Experience with business process redesign.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in strategic development.
• Experience in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communications.
• Master’s degree preferred.
