Overview

The Complex Case Manager RN for Pediatrics is responsible for managing a specified panel of pediatric members, assessing their health management needs, and coordinating appropriate clinical interventions to improve health outcomes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• 7 years of clinical or case management experience required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of cultural competency in healthcare.
• RN license required with potential for additional licenses.
