Overview

The Associate Managed Care Analyst position involves building and maintaining contracts in Epic, identifying underpaid accounts, and collaborating with various teams to support reimbursement analysis.

In Short

  • Build and maintain hospital and professional contracts in Epic.
  • Manage underpayment accounts for assigned payors.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Finance Teams.
  • Assist in reimbursement impact analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Associate's degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience in finance, contracting, or data analysis.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields.
  • Epic Expected Reimbursement Contracts Certification.
  • Experience with hospital and ASC contracts.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
  • Clinical background or understanding of hospital operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Independently progress on key projects.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with R or Python.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
