The Trial Experience Specialist will enhance the customer journey for new users of the HighLevel platform, ensuring they receive exceptional engagement and support during their trial period.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred.
  • 0-2 years of customer service or relevant experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude for HighLevel software.
  • Experience with technical documentation and presentations.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and social media.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
