Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred.
• 0-2 years of customer service or relevant experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with HighLevel software.
• Experience with technical documentation and presentation skills preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media, and SEO.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, and social media platforms.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
