Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Accountant at HighLevel, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting team through month-end closes, journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and audits in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

In Short

• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or relevant certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives is a plus.
