Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Staff Accountant will manage daily cash reporting, perform reconciliations, analyze transactions, and support month-end closing processes.

• Manage daily cash reporting and track receivables.
• Perform monthly cash and accrual reconciliations.
• Analyze bank statements and GL transactions.
• Create and maintain journal entries across multiple accounts.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Exposure to complex cash accounting.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
