Staff Accountant - Remote

In Short

• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Conduct account reconciliations monthly.
• Process and allocate payroll entries across business units.
• Identify process/control weaknesses and find resolutions.
• 2+ years of prior accounting experience required.
• Knowledge of core accounting principles related to SaaS products.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Positive team player with effective communication skills.
• Focus on process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and international accounting.
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills.
• Tech-savvy with accounting software, specifically Sage Intacct.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passionate about problem-solving and process improvements.
