Jungle Scout is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Data Cloud to connect technology, data, and customer needs to create impactful data solutions.

In Short

• Support product and customer success teams on customer calls.
• Present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build data solutions based on specifications.
• QA custom datasets for customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams.
• Create queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage customer timelines and support onboarding.
• Support the creation of onboarding materials.
• Engage with the team through scrum meetings and Slack.
• Bonus: Collaborate on delivery pipelines for custom data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with customers implementing data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with data integration and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with modern data stacks.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
