Provide engineering support across our UK and US clients
Manage support tickets within SLAs, escalating internally or with third parties, and daily reporting
Monitor cloud and on-prem infrastructure for our hedge fund and financial clients
Strive to improve day-to-day operations to reduce support to zero
Operate client environments as well as our infrastructure
Develop and implement automation tools

Requirements

Experience in data solutions and services
Strong understanding of cloud and on-prem infrastructure
Ability to manage support tickets and reporting
Skills in automation tool development
Experience in data analytics and governance
