The Director, People Planning & Programs will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer, focusing on driving high-impact people initiatives and creating a strong operating rhythm in a remote-first environment.

• Experience in public company environments preferred.
• Structured and execution-driven mindset.
• AI-curious with interest in emerging technologies.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
