The Director of People Planning and Programs will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the global People team’s impact, focusing on execution and alignment across various functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Business Ops, or project management roles.
• Strong focus on structure, clarity, and execution.
• Experience working across multiple time zones, particularly US and India.
• Excellent communication skills with executives and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
• Preferred experience in HR programs.
• Experience in high-growth startups or consulting environments preferred.
• Curiosity about technology and AI trends preferred.
