Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success, Account Manager to join our startup team at Orcaru, which is on a mission to revolutionize content creation through AI innovation.

In Short

  • Part-time role (40-60 hours/month) focused on customer success and account management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles.
  • Technical knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
  • Proficient with operational tools like Asana, Notion, and Google Drive.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across the organization.
