Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the first point of contact with our prospects, playing a key role in acquiring new clients for our offerings.

In Short

  • Conduct multichannel outbound prospecting including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads by detecting signals and asking pertinent questions.
  • Generate concrete opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Master the art of structured and targeted follow-ups.
  • Utilize CRM tools to ensure clarity and traceability of your pipeline.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of scripts and processes.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in B2B prospecting.
  • Fluency in French (C1/C2) and professional English communication skills.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with strong oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable using the phone as a tool for opportunities.
  • Resilient, autonomous, with a strong performance-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Startup culture awareness, quick adaptability, and impact-oriented.
