Overview

The Learning & Development Officer is responsible for training customer service representatives to ensure effective performance in their roles. This position involves creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.

In Short

  • Design and implement training programs for customer service representatives.
  • Create lesson plans and modify training curriculum as needed.
  • Prepare training materials and ensure the functionality of training equipment.

  • Support overall operations by ensuring well-trained staff.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a BPO call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Solid problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Quick thinking and adaptability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
