Overview

Helpware is seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Guam, focusing on delivering optimal results for our customers.

In Short

  • Work during the night as this position is 3rd shift
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Schedule transportation for healthcare appointments
  • Check status of transportation reservations
  • Interact with health plan members and transportation providers
  • Route calls to internal teams for billing and account issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of inbound call center experience
  • Prior overnight and 3rd shift work experience preferred
  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and NEMT guidelines preferred
  • Knowledge of health insurance programs and benefits
