In Short

• Respond promptly to incoming chats and emails addressing customers' questions.
• Multitask and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
• Provide support as customers learn to use SquadLocker's platform.
• Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
• Initiate and customize store builds and items.
• Activate partner accounts with consultative support.
• Perform logo edits using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ask qualifying questions to determine account potential.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
