• Lead strategic public sector and employer accounts with end-to-end ownership of client lifecycle.
• Present the Hello Heart value proposition with strong executive presence.
• Partner with the growth team for customer renewals and revenue retention.
• Create and execute operations to drive revenue and client excellence.
• Develop relationships with customers at the C-Suite level.
• Work with the product team to identify ideal user experiences.
• Develop strategic customer strategies for growth and retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare/population health and customer success.
• Proven track record of exceeding ARR goals and client satisfaction.
• A strong team player with the ability to escalate strategic matters.
• Preference for candidates currently in Texas or central time zone.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and adaptable to change.
• Entrepreneurial and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to travel 40% of the time.
