Client Platform Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

The Client Platform Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the team that builds and maintains the foundational frontend architecture across Heidi’s products — including desktop, mobile, and web clients. This team owns the design system, component library, build tooling, and platform capabilities that enable product teams to ship high-quality, accessible, and consistent user experiences.

• Lead the technical strategy, development, and maintenance of core client infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of engineer management experience.
• Proven track record in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, and containerization.
• Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools.
• Experience with secrets management and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices in healthcare.
• Comfort with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Bonus: Experience in healthtech or regulated industries.
