Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a software engineer or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, React, or equivalent technologies.
• Foundational knowledge of relational databases and APIs.
• Prior client-facing experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a high bar for quality.
• Confidence in troubleshooting technical systems.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
