Overview

The Senior Manager of Payment Processing and Chargeback Operations is responsible for leading payment lifecycles, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance in a remote working environment.

In Short

  • Lead daily execution of payment operations.
  • Drive strategic process improvements and compliance oversight.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff.

  • Maintain databases for financial information.
  • Analyze trends and resolve payment issues.
  • Ensure alignment with NACHA regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership in Payment Operations or Finance.
  • Deep understanding of ACH and Credit Card processing.
  • Experience managing KPIs in high-volume environments.
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems and financial workflows.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with databases, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Mentoring leadership style focused on team growth.
  • Extensive chargeback experience.
