Overview

The Compliance & Oversight Director will oversee HFD’s providers and vendors, ensuring compliance monitoring and testing while managing audit and bank exam activities.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, preferably fintech.
• 5+ years of experience in bank consumer compliance and/or CRCM.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
