In Short

  • Work remotely or from the Marshfield, WI office.
  • Handle customer inquiries through calls and written communication.
  • Manage billing and insurance inquiries effectively.
  • Exceed Key Performance Indicators with minimal management guidance.
  • Full-time hours from Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST.
  • Prior experience in call center and healthcare settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a call center and healthcare customer service preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and navigate multiple computer applications.
  • Knowledge of medical billing and coding preferred.
  • Self-motivated and reliable in a work-from-home environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive personal information confidentially.
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
  • Professional judgment and client business acumen are necessary.
  • Prior supervisory experience is welcome.
  • Ability to overcome patient objections and negotiate payments.
