Overview

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing the enrollment processes for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Process enrollments and disenrollments in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
  • Analyze beneficiary information to make eligibility determinations.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Generate correspondence for member outreach.
  • Perform root cause analysis for inquiry issues.
  • Assist with daily application processing.
  • Ensure adherence to productivity and quality standards.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One year of related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage Guidelines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Able to read and interpret documents.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
