1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. In Short

• Own the strategy and roadmap to expand patient access and strengthen insurance partnerships through new payer integrations and insurance products.
• Design a payer integration process that balances technical complexity with providing a seamless patient and provider experiences.
• Drive technical decisions on architecture and platform scalability with Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Payer and Operations teams on contract implementations and process improvements that reduce friction for all users.

Requirements

• 7+ years building integration platforms or managing complex B2B partnerships, preferably in healthcare, fintech, or marketplaces.
• Understand how to translate complex backend systems into great user experiences and have built patient or provider-facing features.
• Comfortable diving deep with engineering teams on integration challenges and can drive architectural decisions for scalable platforms.
• Led initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams and can balance technical feasibility with user needs and business requirements.
• Understand the insurance / payer landscape - or can quickly learn these complex domains.
