As a Senior IT Support Specialist at Headway, you will be vital in supporting all employees from a technology perspective as they build the future of mental healthcare.

• Provide exceptional IT support for employees in both remote and in-office environments.

• Experience with conference room technology and A/V systems.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Ability to work on-site in NYC 2 days per week.
• Experience providing white-glove support to executives.
• Deep expertise with A/V systems.
• Administration expertise with tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
• Strong understanding of macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
