Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCP, MCSA, Cisco CCNA).

  • Experience in a customer service/IT role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
