In Short

  • Lead collaborative efforts to define a vision, strategy, and roadmap for software engineering efforts focused on account integrity, security, and privacy.
  • Build customer-facing features that improve security and privacy on the Headway platform.
  • Partner with Product Leaders on new product launches with a rich data component.
  • Build platform components for internal teams to ensure Trust is a default.
  • Protect sensitive data by collaborating with various teams to understand data and privacy needs.
  • Have 7+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in trust products.
  • Enjoy building technically complex, scalable solutions.
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Have a high bar for building incredible experiences.
  • Be motivated by increasing access to high-quality mental health care.

  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager.
