1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. In Short

• Oversee the end-to-end revenue accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, internal policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic input and a strong perspective in building scalable revenue systems.
• Lead month-end close activities related to revenue.
• Prepare for and manage the revenue portion of the financial audit.
• Partner cross-functionally on revenue-impacting initiatives.
• Develop and maintain robust revenue accounting policies, procedures and controls.
• Help build and mentor a high-performing revenue accounting team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 4+ years focused on revenue recognition at high-growth companies.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a team of 2 or more.
• CPA with Big 4 or large public accounting firm experience.
• Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passionate people leader who develops team capabilities.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606, including variable consideration.
