Overview

Oura is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Accounting to manage all aspects of US GAAP revenue reporting, ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple revenue streams.

In Short

• Own the revenue accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 606.
• Oversee month-end and quarter-end revenue close processes.
• Develop and maintain revenue recognition policies.
• Partner with Sales, FP&A, Legal, and Operations.
• Manage revenue accounting for a global multi-channel strategy.
• Implement internal control infrastructure for compliance.
• Lead implementation of revenue recognition software and ERP systems.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing revenue accounting team.
• Prepare and present revenue-related analyses to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in revenue accounting and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and Zuora.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
